This place completely exceeded our expectations. The boathouse is unlike anything we've stayed in — literally sleeping over Lake Muskoka. The cottage itself was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. Edwin was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend for families or couples looking for something truly special.

We came for a long weekend in late winter and fell in love with this property. The northwest sunset from the dock is genuinely one of the most beautiful things we've seen. The boathouse living area has wall-to-wall lake views and a real cozy bar setup. Everything was clean, the host communicated perfectly. We'll be back in July for a full week.

Glass railings mean unobstructed views from every angle. Location is 5 stars — Don's Bakery is a short walk, and The Kee is down the road. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Would book again instantly.

The backup generator gave us complete peace of mind and the A/C in both the cottage and boathouse was a nice touch even in the shoulder season. Loved the proximity to Bala for morning bakery runs.
