Please Be Respectful to Our Neighbours & Home.
1) Please do not wear your shoes inside the home
2) Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. There is a garbage bin for everything else.
3) No cooking with pungent spices or foods with strong odour, please cook outside or use the BBQ as needed. (extra cleaning and odour removal fee is $80/hour)
4) No smoking inside or outside property premises. $500 fine per incident
5) No parties and/or large social gatherings.
6) The number of guests on the property must always reflect the number of guests booked.
7) Refrain from open flames/candles in the home
8) Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am
9) Check-out times are mandatory- $50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10:00am.
10) If any personal property is damaged, lost, stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean, you will be charged accordingly.
11) If there is a maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
12) We do our best to make sure we create a safe environment for our guests. However, we accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or any experiences that may occur in or around our home, at any time, for any reason.
13) We advise guests not to order packages to the address. If you do please understand we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages.
14) A signed rental agreement and legal ID of the booking guest must be provided to gain access to your door codes
15) Guests may leave up to 2 bags of garbage and 2 bags of recycling at the property at no extra charge. If there is additional garbage and recycling, a $150 fee will apply for removal. You are welcome to take your garbage to the nearest transfer station; however, please note that most transfer stations are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.
16) In order to keep the enjoyment of future guests, absolutely no cooking aromatic foods such as deep-frying and curries.
17) Guests must bring their own beach towels. Towels provided are for showering only.
18) Guests assume all risk and liability when swimming, boating, and using life jackets, flotation devices, and water equipment provided at the property, acknowledging that they are responsible for their own safety and that of any minors or non-swimmers under their supervision.
19) If you plan on fishing, the lake has a strict catch and release policy (fish must be release back into the lake), any fines incurred will be your responsibility.

We have two security cameras that are on 24/7 for security reasons. They are located at the front and side entrances.
We go to great lengths to ensure our home is in excellent condition when you arrive. We expect that we will find it in the same condition when you leave.
