This four-bedroom home rests on 2,500 square feet along the shores of Sturgeon Lake in south-central Ontario, located just minutes from the Village of Fenelon Falls. Custom-built and equipped to the highest standard, it features a home theatre, steam room, sauna, laundry room, and a chipping and putting green.

The chef's kitchen is divine — sleek stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop with an indoor grill, and a large island with seating. The space effortlessly flows into the dining room, where a dazzling glass dining table beckons for formal meals. For nights when you wish to dine by the sunset, retreat to the marvelous screened-in sunroom, which features not one, but two tables and a flatscreen TV. Rainy day? Not a problem — the living room doubles as a home theatre with a retractable projector screen, tons of soft oversized seating, a beautiful stone wall fireplace, and a flatscreen TV with a separate sitting area.

A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the grand master bedroom, where a queen bed sits across from a private sitting area with a white-wash stone fireplace and flatscreen TV. Vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams set the tone, but it's the walkout balcony with sweeping lake views that truly moves you. The luxurious ensuite features a jacuzzi tub with skylights. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are incredibly spacious with queen beds and gorgeous dark wood furnishings — one even has a sliding glass door to the deck. The large main bathroom stuns with tall ceilings and an expansive walk-in shower with a built-in bench. Bedroom 4, located in the loft, has a separate entrance and plenty of light from recessed lighting and a skylight.

Between the land and the water, you'll never run out of relaxation or excitement. The deck is generous with upscale outdoor furniture, and a large hot tub awaits when you're ready to soak after a day on the lake. The chipping and putting green overlooks the water for a round of short game, and the dock and beach give you direct access to Sturgeon Lake for swimming and fishing.

Situated directly on Sturgeon Lake in Fenelon Falls — the "Jewel of the Kawarthas" — just minutes from the village for groceries (Sobeys), quaint shops, restaurants, liquor and beer stores, and marinas. From the private dock, the Trent–Severn Waterway connects you to hundreds of miles of inland boating. A healthcare centre is in Fenelon Falls and a hospital is within 20 miles.
