"Their revenue optimization system is next level. The way they analyze market trends to set the best rates is truly impressive, and the results speak for themselves."
"I went from 15+ hours a week managing guest messages and cleaner coordination to basically nothing. My cottage now feels like an investment, not a second job."
"The local team treats my cottages like they're their own. It's the peace of mind every property owner dreams of, and the reason I added a second property with them."
30 minutes to talk about your cottage, your goals and the weeks you want for your family.
You complete one onboarding survey. We audit the cottage and walk you through local permits.
Lifestyle and drone photos, a listing built with our Perfect Listing Framework, and dynamic pricing.
You go live on Airbnb and Vrbo, get access to your owner portal, and usually see a first booking by week three.
On the call we'll cover:
We earn a commission on your net revenue, which is the booking amount after Airbnb or Vrbo host fees and any discounts. On top of that there's a $100 + HST technology fee, charged only in months with bookings, and a one-time $499 + HST activation fee when you onboard.
We only earn when you earn. You're paid on the 15th of each month for the stays that checked out the month before. The full fee breakdown is in the Owner's Guide.
Yes. Block dates for family stays anytime in your owner portal. The only rule: from June to August, we ask that at least 3 weeks each month stay open for guests, because those peak months drive most of the year's income.
Usually about two weeks, and sometimes as little as one. Timing depends on three things:
Most cottages are up and running in two weeks and get a first booking by week three or sooner.
Yes. We set up a WhatsApp group with you and our team. For your first bookings we send you a guest profile covering the dates, group size and ages, the reason for the stay, and our ID verification. If we don't hear back within three hours, we accept at the pricing you agreed during onboarding.
We document everything (photos, repair quotes, receipts and guest messages), file the claim with Airbnb or Vrbo, and handle all the communication. Once it's settled, you choose whether we replace the item like-for-like or pass the payout to you.
No one honestly can, because demand changes with the market. What we do is price your cottage across 22 seasonal profiles, re-price nightly based on demand, run promotions to fill gaps, and review your performance every week.
