The brief

A six-bedroom waterfront A-frame with a private dock, lakeside hot tub, fire pit and a shallow, sandy shoreline.

The owner had previously rented the cottage out themselves. After a full renovation, they brought in Homeseeker in late 2025 to relaunch it properly, and we rebuilt its rental presence from scratch ahead of a first summer in 2026.

6 bedrooms. Managed by Homeseeker since late 2025

Our approach

  • Pricing, managed daily. Rates set every day with PriceLabs for season, demand, weekends and local events.
  • Broader reach. Listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Google Vacation Rentals and direct booking from a single calendar.
  • The property, protected. Hotel-standard turnovers with inspection checklists after every stay, and a local team for maintenance.
  • Guests, looked after. Round-the-clock guest communication, so the owner never takes a call.
  • A relaunch from scratch. New professional photography of the renovated cottage, guest amenities recommended to the owner, and a new listing built for every channel.
  • Licensing, handled. Municipal short-term rental licensing managed end-to-end before the first guest arrived.
