Self-managed, the cottage earned $65,978 in gross revenue in 2024, including $56,742 from January to September. Under Homeseeker, the same nine months of 2026 brought in $64,679, an increase of 14%. Peak season grew fastest: June to September earned $49,423, against $42,713 in 2024.
As of early October, 2026 bookings already total $74,688, above the owner's full self-managed year, with stays still on the calendar through November.
