The brief
A four-bedroom lakefront on Brandy Lake with a private dock, lakeside deck, kayaks and a games room.
The owners had never rented the cottage before. They launched it as a rental with Homeseeker, and its first guests arrived in late June 2024. With pricing and distribution refined against that first season's data, revenue has grown every year since.
4 bedrooms. Managed by Homeseeker since summer 2024
Our approach
- Pricing, managed daily. Rates set every day with PriceLabs for season, demand, weekends and local events.
- Broader reach. Listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Google Vacation Rentals and direct booking from a single calendar.
- The property, protected. Hotel-standard turnovers with inspection checklists after every stay, and a local team for maintenance.
- Guests, looked after. Round-the-clock guest communication, so the owner never takes a call.
- A launch built to earn. Professional photography, a listing written and optimized for each channel, and guest amenities recommended to the owners, such as kayaks for the lake.
- Licensing, handled. Municipal short-term rental licensing managed end-to-end, so the owners never dealt with the township paperwork.
