After being rented out by its owner, this four-bedroom Otter Lake cottage near Parry Sound moved to Homeseeker. Its first guests under our management arrived in June 2026, and by the end of September it had earned $61,392, with August almost entirely booked.
The brief
A four-bedroom lakefront with private docks, a vaulted great room, stone fireplace and sweeping views of wooded islands.
The owner had been renting the cottage out themselves. 2026 is its first summer under Homeseeker's management, with new photography and listings in place before the first guests arrived.

The results
The first guests under Homeseeker arrived on June 11, 2026. From then to the end of September the cottage earned $61,392 in gross revenue over 79 nights, an average of about $780 a night. July and August together were booked for 52 of 62 nights, including 30 of 31 in August.
As of early October, 2026 bookings total $65,558 across 18 stays, with fall weekends still on the calendar.
